Delivery and General Information

Free Delivery

• One driver will deliver your chosen garden products to the nearest access point on your premises

• Goods will be left at the most convenient place possible for you and the driver unloading them

• Please inform us of any problems regarding delivery to avoid call back charges.

• We recommend help is on hand at delivery time

• If you would like your garden building erected, please notify us of any obstacles restricting access
• Most building panels are designed to go round your house into your garden, they will not fit through your house.

Please Note: We will endeavor to deliver your building as soon as possible from order. However, during this busy time, we are experiencing delivery times of 4 -  weeks depending on the building and service you require. Please contact us before ordering if you require your shed in a specific time frame. Tip: (delivery only is normally quicker  than delivery and installation)

DECEMBER/JANUARY ORDERS - Please expect delivery times of approx. 2 - 3 weeks from ordering

You will be contacted within 24 - 48 hours from order to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date. 

As with all multi drop deliveries, delivery times can vary on the day due to unforeseen circumstances. If you would like to know an estimated am/pm time of delivery, please contact us no more than 24 hours before.

Custom Built & Bespoke Designs

If you would like a custom built garden shed, workshop, playhouse, summerhouse, garage or any other outdoor building, please contact us directly for more information. We will be happpy to cater to your requirements.

Alternative you can e-mail, post or fax us a diagram of your requirements and we will contact you as quickly as possible with feedback and a quote.

If you would like to visit our workshop in Bethersden, Kent you will be able to view a selection of our online sheds, garages, summerhouses, playhouses, workshops and other garden buildings.

Installation Service:

Our experts are available to make the experience as hassle free as possible and can deliver & erect the building on your prepared base at additional cost.

Prices quoted for installation are for fully installing the STANDARD garden building onto your level, pre-prepared base with good access.

Please Note: Conditions apply so please ask if you are unsure of your access, base size/type levelness and contact us for more information.

Special Offer Installations:

Any offer made relating to installation reflects the shed on offer and no other. Any optional extras purchased along side the offer are not included in the promotional installation price and will be charged at standard rates if we are to fit options.

All installations are carried out with our standard terms and conditions in mind. Installations will be carried out onto your prepared level flat solid base. Any installation not carried out due to customer non preparation will be charged at our standard rate. Please speak to us before order if you have any concerns.

Bases:

For a long lasting building you must ensure that it sits on a flat, level base. Ignore this, then the building forms to the ground and starts to move, lean & deteriorate.

We do not provide this service ourselves but, depending on your area, we may be able to recommend a sub-contractor to you. Please telephone or email for more details. ALL our sheds require a base the same size as the shed ordered or larger.

Maintenance:

As with all outside timber products, regular maintenance by the customer is required to prolong the life of your product.

This includes:

Yearly treatment with a solvent based product to prevent water penetration
Inspection of roofing felt
Oiling of hinges/ ironmongary
Realignment of doors caused be excessive wear
Inspection of windows where water can get through

Payment:

Most Major credit cards are accepted on order by phone and all goods must be paid within 24 hours before delivery. If payment has not been met by this time, we will postpone your order until we can confirm your payment.

Cheques are not accepted on delivery. You can order & pay online using this website. Payment is securely made online via SagePay.
