We are open for business. However, to deal with general enquiries and all orders, office staff are working remotely. Due to this, we have less people manning our phone lines. The best form of contact is available via our email - firstname.lastname@example.org and will aim to answer your query within an hour or so during normal office hours. Next morning if after 4:30 pm. Our show site is also closed until further notice while we are having building works on our site.
In order to operate and serve our customers, we have also had to change our normal work practices. This is mainly in the form of less staff to keep with social distancing rules and advise from the government for the safety of our staff and wider society. This however will and is already having an impact on our lead times for orders. Current lead times are clearly marked on the product page and the delivery page. if you are uncertain, please do get in contact. What we would say is that early ordering is advisable. We are starting to book well into the Summer! There are various options for payment including 0% finance and payment on the invoice which we will request 2 weeks before delivery.
